To post pictures in the body of your Profile (About Me, Likes and Dislikes), you must first host the pictures somewhere else on the internet. You cannot post images directly from your computer.
Most internet service providers give you some sort of free web space where you can upload content. To find out if your internet service provider (or ISP) offers this and how to access it, please consult your ISP's technical support.
There are also free image hosting services available to you on the internet. It is important to note that some free services do not allow the external linking of images.
You may want to try the following sites if you are interested in using a free service:
Photobucket
Imageshack
Nexopia Plus users have a Files link where they can upload images at their leisure.

Once your image has been uploaded to the internet, you can post it in your Profile (or in the Forums, Comments, your Blog, or Messages) by using image tags. There are two ways to do this:
1. [img]The URL of your Image, after being hosted somewhere on the internet[/img]
2. [img=The URL of your Image, after being hosted somewhere on the internet]
Be sure there are no spaces anywhere, and the url of the image is without spelling errors.
If you have found a picture on the internet you want to use for your Profile, simply right-click it, select "Properties," and copy the address(URL). Paste it in between two image tags ([img] and [/img]). Please make sure you trust the website that you are taking the pictures from as not all sites allow people to link to images hosted on their sites and some even change the image you see to something completely different from what you are expecting. To be safe, make sure to check everything you put on your profile before continuing doing other things.
