it works on my black hair just fine. it's a bit darker, but that's to be expected.
I got mine at Michaels. It was 48 pack for $3, but full price was $6/7. I had a coupon

 just don't do a big chunk like mine. your hair gets tangled sooo bad. after laying down I tried to fix it, but it just made it worse lol streaks are soooo much easier to deal with

I'm getting my roots done soon, and am going to try to go a tiiiiny bit lighter so that I can have a true silver.

 I've tanned a lot this year, so I feel like certain colours wash me out more, and I feel like a lighter silver would look better.
