You might want to look into getting some nail care stuff. I use a nail cream by Barielle that you massage on to your nail beds and cuticles, it even goes through polish, and it strengthens and helps your nails not break or peel.

Sally Hansen also has some pretty good nail strengtheners and fortifiers.

Google or just search around different brands and read reviews on stuff. But trying stuff out works the best. I've heard nothing but great things about OPI Nail Envy, and it didn't help my nails at all, but some people swear by it. So you might just have to do some trial and error!

 Might have to do with your diet as well. Make sure you're getting enough zinc and vitamin B in your diet, which help with keratin formation.
