It's very simple make a box like this:

<br/>Type something at the end of the box:

<br/>Then you put another box, but this time
<br/>you put a / in front of the name like this:
<br/>[sub]Example[/sub]

What they look like
EXAMPLE:[sup]Sup is UP[/sup]
Shown As -Sup is UP
EXAMPLE: [sub]Sub Is DOWN[/sub]
Shows As - Sub is DOWN

Codes are very easy!
EXAMPLE:

HOW TO DO FONTS!
Click the thing above the blank space where you
type that says fonts
Click the font you want or if it isn't there, click
a font.
[font=arial]Example![/font]
Add which ever font you see on the list or
the one that you want by typing the name
after the = sign.
[font=monospace]Example[/font]
It should look something like this.

HINT: They will not work if you put the font name
in capitals or spaces and if you don't have them
on your system!
