My world was once so bleak

Filled with ghosts from the past

So dark, so cold

I was all alone

I would lay awake at night

The pain becoming unbearable

Driving me to a point of insanity

I began to fall deeper and deeper

Into my own pit of despair



But like a black knight in shining Armour

You appeared

What started as a crush, soon began to blossom

And the dark shroud began to disappear

And the light began to filter through

Chasing the ghosts and shadows away



I was once so cold

Filled with undying hatred, pain , and anger

For being left here

On this world left to suffer on my own

But slowly you filled the emptiness

That I felt each passing day

You melted the ice that covered my heart

Bringing me back to life

Giving me reason to live on

I know that im falling for you my black knight

I try to resist, for fear of being hurt

But my soul and mind scream otherwise

To let me fall into your warm embrace

To feel your warm lips upon mine

To be close and have your heart beat , beat with mine

I look into your eyes my knight

And see that you feel the same

Shall we let our miseries fade, and fall into each others arms

Into an eternal embrace that only lovers know?
