my rant of the day is fucking idiotic parents.
let me explain.

i HATE my sister-in-law's mother. with a huge passion. but i LOVE her sisters. so last night i get phone call asking if i will babysit lisa's (my sister-in-law) sisters.
i have nothing to do last night so i say ya why not. make a bit of cash. so my brother comes and gets me, and drives me over there. their mom (velvet) is already gone, but lisa is there. so lisa and my brother leave, and i am alone with the girls. so we play a few games and made paper easter eggs for their mom and dad (who are divorced).
then i get the girls ready for bed and get them to bed. they fall asleep, and are sleeping quite contently. then about 2:30 am, their mom comes home.

drunk out of her tree. and i am not talking just a little drunk. she is totally fucking loaded. fine. to each their own. but she is drunk to the point that she has issuas taking off her SLIP ON shoes!!!
she goes to check on the girls and YELLS "AWW THEY ARE SLEEPING LIKE LITTLE BUGS IN A RUG!!" and woke one of them up, the older one, who is ten.
so she pretends to be asleep, so she doesnt have to see mom drunk.
velvet asks if i mind staying the night, as it would cost a fortune sending me home in a cab, and she will drive me home in the morning. i say sure why not, and she puts me in her bed.
the ten-year old waits till mom is passed out on the couch and comes and cuddles up with me.
then, in the morning, mom realizes that she forgot about the "easter bunny", so she throws some eggs around the house and the girls get up to find them.
then she is sitting on the couch with the older girl, and looks at her and goes "wow did mom drink ALOT last night. i was really really drunk"

the girl is TEN!!! she doesnt need to hear that shit. and you can just see in the girls eyes that she is totally sad now because her mom is just a boozehound. and she is telling the ten-year old girl about the guy her friends tried to set her up with. again, SHE IS TEN!!

fuck i hate that woman!!!!
but she did pay me $60
