Life is Good
so you sit here. chilled and relaxed with no worries in the world. you watch your friends around you, talking, laughing, making memories. they look at you and you look at them and laugh because, basically, they're feeling exactly what you're feeling. and you know it. and it's like you live for these days. the sunny afternoons and the cool nights with your friends. the people youve been with for the past 4 years or so. You wouldnt want it to be any different. so you take a deep breath of that cool spring air and you let it all just flow into your head. Your chest rises and you hold it there for a minute. And as you slowly let it out, a sigh is formed. But not a sigh or hopelessness or despair or sadness, its a sigh of happiness. Of satisfaction. Of love. And from this sigh you feel the thoughts, the good times run... and you can't really help but smile because you've gotten lost in it all. Its all been one huge trip. it was all sort of like a movie, you know? Or a book. when time doesn't seem to stop. it just keeps going. never ending. the memories, the laughing, the talking
its like one of those movies that youre just so into that you just dont want it to end.color=green]And when the credits are rolling you sit there thinking to yourself damnn.. [/color] Or like those books that are so intriguing that even when youre at the very last page, you keep looking for pages to turn, hoping that some more pages will appear, leading you to more.
More pages will appear and another scene will come up; just of a different story, a different focus.
And so I sit here. On my couch. with the setting sun beams fighting its way through the curtains. And I sigh. But not a sigh of happiness, or satisfaction, or of love. But one of hopelessness. Of despair. Of sadness. Cant help it.
Everything goes quiet and things are moving quickly by. Like those scenes in a movie. The memories flow, the laughter rises, the talking continues and some cheesey song is played in the background. And you cant help but smile[/i][/size].[/color]
