Hockey is probably the most important thing in my life. Without hockey my life would be a total mess...it feeds the satisfaction i desire and crave ....i love evrything about it....taping the sticks, the smell of the rink, the emotional rushes, the way my skate blades feel as they take that first step onto the ice, the wind blowing in your face as you jolt down the ice, The way you feel when u destroy some fuk on the oposite team, i love having to push myself till it burns, i love when my body wants to quit but the team pushes me and your spirit and fire help you through the hard times, I love overcoming the emotional battles of wanting to quit when i think ive had enough, i love feeling pain for the team, I love the fact that the team will do anything for you, I love how i can count on my team for evrything, my team will not let me down, i will not let my team down. I love havin responsability and others counting on me. I love when the team succeeds as a team, i love when the team gets better, i love when the team gets stronger and closer, i love how everytime i think about the team and hockey all my problems go away outside of hockey. I love driving to the rink. I love being at the rink. I love thinking about the plays in my head before a shift, I love the way it feels when the team puts a point on the scoreboard, I love doing the small things right to help the big things go right. I love when i outsmart an oposing player. I love fighting for that extra inch of room or space so you can make a play for the team. I love the atmosphere in the dressing room with the team. I love being a team player. I love when the team plays for me. Hockey is the soul reason why i live. I love wining with the team, i love learning from our mistakes as a team. I love the way i dont worry when im at hockey. I love when i make a solid pass and help the team. I love when i finish my checks for the team. I love when i play my role for the team and help us succed. I love the symbol on the wall. I LOVE BEING A TEAM. Hockey has molded who i am today. With out hockey i would not be who i am today.
