Highschool
People come from the shadows and bow to those who own the higher power. What makes the shadow people fear the power hungry overlord is not just their physical remarks , its their way of insensibility to use their words of black magic. Their black magic creates and unequal balance that separates the shadow people from their golden palaces of a wonderful ever after. What they speak may breakdown the most powerful infrastructures ever built. The overlord may wilt the most beautiful flower and make it rot and become nothing more then a weed to our world. What makes them our so called overlord is how they persuade us to believe that they can bring us to a level we once never crossed. The shadow people dream only of dreams and live only nightmares. They wish and worship those who have the power to take and create. They bow to those who once were equal to them. They bow to those who hurt them. They fight back for their respect and equality. But nothing is heard under their invisible words. Nothing will ever be heard. Only a silent scream as the overlord takes what is his and will only be his. The overlords people bow to them and worship them. The people become nothing but the shadows of my school.
The Gift
You take me to a place unknown to many a place only where magic is brought by your smile, your unpredictable eyes drifting over my body. I feel only unhappiness and anxious when I see you walk my way. You present a red flower to symbolize our friendship. I hesitate to accept this final offer. You take my hand only for a moment to steady my fall into the deep unknown of our misunderstanding . I watch as you throw away my nightmares into the hole I wish I didn?t dig that was between us. My lips whimper and shake as I say sorry to you for bringing a world of dark. You place your finger on my dry desire less lips. You shake your head and calm me of my sorrow and unnecessary apologies, because for a fact you read it in my terrified eyes that you once never let anyone bring tears to. You protect me from criticism and unfamiliar ideas I?ve never thought of. You continue to take me across your thoughts of honestly and I thank you.
