I believe that people have the ability to change - If they are dedicated to doing so. Everyone is different on their determination levels but everyone has the ability inside of them to change who they are and how they act around others. Some may struggle more than others for change, but it can happen. Just because a guy/girl has cheated before, or because someone has done something wrong does not specifically mean they will do so again. It is ultimately up to you (as the seperate individual) to decide if they have changed or if they are worth being with during their own process of change.
