The dark moon falls, casting shadows across the Earth
Let this be the start of a new day, a new era.
The sun will rise, holding it's place as the God of the sky.
We will live another day, so long as the god remains true
To it's ever changing children.
As the God's messengers rain from the sky, a new page is turned.
A new chapter begins to unfold, as the Goddess relieves the God,
Withholding him of his duties so the night can reign again.
The chapter of struggle, sweat, and blood has begun.
The Gods turn a blind eye to that which lurks in the shadow,
Leaving them vulnerable to the unknown.
From the shadow begins a new uprising
"The sun must not rise again, the mighty must fall."
A lash out to the shadow overheard by all.
"Bow before me, for I am your God."
