[2] send me a picture, quote, or something that tells me about the topic of the layout you want. example ; love, hate, animals, etc.
[3] give me credit for my layouts because i take my time to make these layouts for you.
[4] if anyone is to abuse using the requests, then i'm just not going to allow anymore requests from the certain person. & you will be posted on the wall of shame.

how can you get on spotlight ?
easy, all you have to do is leave a pretty comment, advertisements do not count,
a signed picture, be on my main acc's friends list,
and nice msgs. there is no need to buy me plus because if i wanted it, i would
have bought it myself. but it would be nice.
also letting me know which people are stealing my layouts will get you on
spotlight forever and ever ! if its false, then i'll ignore you. and please don't ask for spotlight.
i will ignore your message/comment because its rude. spotlight will also be renewed every month or so. meaning that everyone gets deleted off, and new people get on. unless you're one of the people who stay on there forever. i'm going to clear this list on july 20.
