Adrenaline starts to kick in,
My mom turns the music down.
I get mad at her.
But before every game
the four words that always catches
me off guard. The four words that help my
ego. I am greatful for her as a mother.
But too much of a coward to say that.
One day ill probley regret that.
She wud go out of her way for me
everyday and anyday.
And i know i take that for granted.
But it only takes these four words
to really hit the heart.

Everytime. never at the same time.
ill be runnin on the court
shell tug my jersey.
i get mad.

in a emotionless way
Just remember Rookie or not
i will always be your biggest fan.
No time for me to cry bout that before a game
so i nod and hustle to my teams huddle.
But as i said i do
take this for granted and im scared.
cuz its known that
the most thing valuable to you is
taken away by God cuz he wants you
to learn not to take things for granted.

So each day i love you
does mean alot in some way.
