so i did something pretty crazy today. i ran for 5 km. pretty intense.
except i have asthma and forgot to use my puffer so after about 3 km i could not breathe and i could not make my breathing slow down even after i started walking.
people were giving me the strangest looks like, omg she's going to die right here on the sidewalk.
which i thought i was.
