Okay so, wow. These past 2 days have been insane. It's amazing how much things can change over the course of a day. In all situations, in all fights or problems, be prepared for the worst. That way, if the worst does happen, you'll be prepared for it; and if it turns out good, you will be even happier. And you know what? Half the time it never even turns out to be as bad as you think it will be. If you think about it, there are a ton of people out there whose lives are so much harder than ours. There's always someone who has it worse than you do. I mean if you're ever having a really bad day..or you just think everything sucks, count all the bad things. And then count all the good things. Honestly, the good almost always outnumbers the bad. You just gotta remember that something good will always come out of it. Everything happens for a reason.

so, i'm a bit upset right now. i'm kind of confused. maybe i need to stop what i'm doing and actually work to be a good friend. cause to be honest right now i feel like the worst friend ever. and it fucking sucks cause i feel like crap. but it does take two people to be friends. maybe i'm not doing my part. but i do think its a bit unfair when people call me a ditcher. i don't appreciate it when i leave to go talk to someone else and i come back and get called a ditcher. i'm sorry i didn't know it was a crime to talk to other people or make new friends. i know i said i was sorry for it once and i was just told "its okay" well no its not okay. i feel like i'm being a jerk and a bad friend so its not okay. i am honestly trying to work on that. but its hard when i can't even go hang out with someone else without getting called a ditcher. i mean i can understand, people get jealous when you don't talk to them as much. and i feel bad about that but why would i wanna talk to you when you act like that? i hate it when people say things like that to me. i'll admit i havent been a very good friend lately and i'm really sorry, honestly. but i'd appreciate it if people would just tell me these things rather then..not tell me. or tell me over facebook or something..i mean come on we're in high school. please talk to me or i cant fix what im doing wrong. thats all i'm asking for. i just want people to be honest with me.

Does evil exist? Did God create evil?

A University professor at a well known institution of higher learning challenged his students with this question. "Did God create everything that exists?"

A student bravely replied, "Yes he did!"

"God created everything?" the professor asked.

"Yes sir, he certainly did," the student replied.

The professor answered, "If God created everything; then God created evil.

And, since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are, then we can assume God is evil."

The student became quiet and did not answer the professor's hypothetical definition. The professor, quite pleased with himself, boasted to the students that he had proven once more that the Christian faith was a myth.

Another student raised his hand and said, "May I ask you a question, professor?"

"Of course", replied the professor.

The student stood up and asked, "Professor, does cold exist?"

"What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you never been cold?"

The other students snickered at the young man's question.

The young man replied, "In fact sir, cold does not exist. According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is in reality the absence of heat. Every body or object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy. Absolute zero (-460 F) is the total absence of heat; and all matter becomes inert and incapable of reaction at that temperature. Cold does not exist. We have created this word to describe how we feel if we have no heat."

The student continued, "Professor, does darkness exist?"

The student replied, "Once again you are wrong sir, darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light. Light we can study, but not darkness. In fact, we can use Newton's prism to break white light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each color. You cannot measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is? You measure the amount of light present. Isn't this correct? Darkness is a term used by man to describe what happens when there is no light present."

Finally the young man asked the professor, "Sir, does evil exist?"

Now uncertain, the professor responded, "Of course, as I have already said. We see it everyday. It is in the daily examples of man's inhumanity to man. It is in the multitude of crime and violence everywhere in the world. These manifestations are nothing else but evil."

To this the student replied, "Evil does not exist, sir, or at least it does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just like darkness and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that comes when there is no heat, or the darkness that comes when there is no light."

The professor sat down.

I wish you could see yourself through my eyes. You're stubborn. You do a lot of things that might make you seem like a bad person. But you're not. And I know you refuse to believe that. I swear, you are incredible and you don't even know it. You're sweet, and you think its fake, but you can't fake that. I hate to see you so torn up inside. You have so much potential, whether you believe it or not, you do. I've never met anyone quite like you. God i wish i could show you all the wonderful things i see in you. You make me wanna stop trying. You really do. But for some reason I just cant let myself give up. I cant give up on you and i dont know why. i have no idea. I just cant let you down. As long as it takes im willing to try as hard as i can to show you how great you really are. You have no idea. My heart is literally breaking for you.
