Not that anybody here really cares but for the sake of bumping my previous blog down, I'll mention this anyways. I've had a few sculpting projects in the works for quite a long time (mostly the two big ones) and they've spent way too long just sitting there, incomplete. Tomorrow, I have an appointment with the orthodontist and after that, it's down to business. I am making a point to have "A Proper Execution Executed Improperly" fully assembled tomorrow. No exceptions. All I'll have left is painting and glazing.

The semi-submerged in water theme for my Pikmin setting has been hindering any attempt I make towards progression. I've had a number of ideas, (some, quite inventive, I think) but none of them are satisfying to me. Now that I have access to somebody who might be able to help me (suggestions and materials), I'm going to see what my sculpting teacher has to say. I usually don't like advice that people give me when I have sculpting issues but hopefully she can be the exception.

I just glazed the Bob-omb Buddy earrings (hopefully) for the last time. If that goes well, they will be officially complete. Yay.

Next up is Toad (another one that Krista asked me for). I've got a finished body (aside from glazing) and a spotless, eyeless head. I'm scared to do the spots and eyes because both of those things need to be quite "perfect" and screwing them up would really suck. After (or maybe before would be better?) the painting, I need to drill a hole in toad's head and neck to put a wooden "bone" inside and glue it together. Experience tells me that this method of attaching things is ineffective and destined for breakage... but my stubbornness gene tells me I'll do it anyways and hope for better results this time.

After all of that, I can finally continue my work on Kurtass' long awaited Spyro sculpture. I had hoped to have it finished before the new game's release (which I think is in three weeks) but if you consider my sculpting work-load plus my homework plus my tendency to neglect the latter and postpone the former, I should have Spyro finished and ready for pictures in the mid-2050's.

Doing it the easy way.
Since I'm far too lazy to send a "Merry Christmas" comment to everyone on my list, I'll just write this to everybody:

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE

Woo. Wasn't that fun?

So what did I get for Christmas?

Well first off, yesterday, I was at this weird pawn shop-type place (that had new CDs :S) and bought Lunar Strain, re-Nothing and Catch 33. I still haven't listened to my real copy of LS or C33 yet but I'm looking forward to hearing C33 without the little bips inbetween each chapter. Having a burnt copy of that CD just didn't work so well.

And for Christmas I goooot:

-An MP3 player
-a box of sculpey
-Elebits
-Colony
-and a bunch of little things ie); toothbrush, socks ect.

I still have another gift at home from my mom when I get home. I'm currently at my dad's girlfriends' daughters' house. o_O yup.

I guess there's not much left to rant about at the moment except that I'm really sick and totally not looking forward to working tomorrow. I really hope that my boss lets me off a half an hour early tomorrow so that I can catch my bus to West Bank. We'll see.

IN FLAMES CONCERT!!!!
I'm gonna be lazy now and copy/paste what I told everyone because I dont wanna type it all out again XD

At the signing, I gave them my sculpture They fucking loved it Anders was asking me how I made it and Bjorn just seemed really impressed.
My dad said that after we left, he saw throught he window that they were holding it up for pictures with other people too XD!!!

Okay.. so I made the mistake of burning a lot of energy onthe first three bands... (moreso the second and third)... so when In Flames came on, I was kinda tired, but I tried to give it everything I could right... but when it got to Cloud Connected, I started to feel like I was gonna either throw up or pass out...or both o_O So I sat down on the floor for half of Cloud Connected x_____x fucking lame eh?
During Drifter, my mind was somewhere else. I really wanted to hear that song live cause I fucking love it, but I was just sooo sick.... then came that little speech.

"Thanks to everyone who came to the signing...especially to the guy who gave us the statue of a little jester.. I don't know where you are but this one is for you" *starts playing Gyroscope*

and that cracked it. I nearly Died So I got a drink and felt %100.

Yay~ concert rant!

At one point, the fire alarm went off because of all the smoke... Anders goes:"In Flames is in the building!" XD
