Anyone down for a party on new years eve?

[-]
*saaaaad face*
Kick a Ginger Day, or whatever...
That's actually just awful.
If any of my red haired friends had gotten seriously hurt today, I would have been right pissed.
It was all over the news today, and kids were being dismissed from school because they were pretty much getting attacked.
This is a hate crime.
It might as well be, "Kick a Black Person Day".

SORRY FOR CALLING YOU AT 3AM ERIC.
JACKY AND I FELT SO BAD.
BUT YOU DITCHED US, LIKE WHAT IS THAT BUDDY, SERIOUSLY?
but really, we were talking about how bad we felt for like 30 minutes.

Who's coming with me to Jingle Bell Rock (Tokyo Police Club, Metric, The Dears, DJ Mike Relm, and Granger and the Mountains)?
Tickets go on sale Saturday, and that's when I'm ordering mine.
I'll probably get two.
It's at the McEwan hall, December 19th.

yo yo yo!
DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY HALLOWEEN PARTIES?

[-]
just finished playing halo 3 from beginning to end again.
man, i get so nostalgic.
i love that series.
but i still really want to play halo 1.
i remember, when me and kayla used to play it all the time, we'd shoot the arms off the flood.
doing this rendered them completely harmless.
they'd follow you around, trying to kill you, but they could not.
and we used to get so pissed when our guys killed them.
we'd smack them in the face.
i miss the good old days of no energy swords, no dual weild, no elaborate guns, no drones, simplistic character design, shitty vehicles and only two types of grenades.
silent cartographer was such a pretty level.
and 343 guilty spark was your first encounter with the monitor, the first time you encounter the flood, the scariest level ever!
i remember the library, where the monitor just fucking laughs and sings and it's so scary!
and the timer at the end of the game, shiiiiit.
and how the fuck do i remember the names of these levels?
i must have beaten halo 100 times over.
it never became boring.
because halo 1 is totally the best halo.
the campaign mode...

haaaarhar
I'm matchmaking on Halo 3, just chilling.
I end up on a team with four people, two that had already played a few games together.
I think they hated each other, though.
Before the game started, they were talking.
I unplugged my mic, because I had no intention of saying anything.
Then one the one guy was like, "Dude, that guy just unplugged his mic."
The other was like, "what? NOOO TECHFAAAACE NOOOOOOOOO!!"
"I don't blame him, you're fucking annoying dude. I'm thinking about unplugging mine and muting you."
"Then I wouldn't have anyone to talk to."
The game starts and that first guy is like, "TECHFACE! TURN YOUR MIC ON!"
"I'm pretty sure he hates you."
The entire game they were bickering back and forth and telling each other and everyone that they suck.
Then at one point, first guy is like, "TECHFACE, I hate you. I HAAAATE YOU!"
Eventually, the third guy on our team turns his mic on and starts telling them to shut the fuck up.
"Dude... are you eight?" First guy says.
"NO, I'M FOURTEEN!" He replies.
"Your mums fourteen..." First guy retorts.
"That's what she said!" Second guy says.
I lol'd that entire game.

WARPED 08
Today was pretty dope.
AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION, BRYAN!
NOFX AND BAD RELIGION or whatever WEREN'T EVEN THERE!
We stalked Protest the Hero like all day.
We went to buy shirts and Rody was there, we waved.
Then we came back again so Josef could buy a shirt, and we got Rody to sign our shirts then.
And of course we went to their show.
After that we waited in line twice, once for autographs and again for a picture.
They're dope guys.
But at one point Rody kept hitting me.
And then Arif was like, "RODY YOU CAN'T HIT GIRLS!"
And he replied with "GOD, I HATE THAT RULE!"

We only saw a few bands, we spent most of our time waiting in lines for signings.
We saw Family Force 5, which is like THE GREATEST BAND EVER imo right now.
We saw Automatic Love Letter and the lead singer was a babe.
We saw about five minutes of the Horrorpops and got bored.
Then we went to We the Kings, I WILL MAKE A BLOG ABOUT THAT IN A SECOND!
Then we went to Every Time I Die, and the mosh pit was INSANE.
People were litterally throwing each other around.
Then we went to Protest the Hero.
People were crowd surfing hardcore.
And that was it.
I inhaled so much dust that I felt sick.
Especially because the entire 11 hour day I had a hot dog and a marshmallow.
We got a lot of random free shit.
Josef got a shirt, which he ditched later.
We got nexopia shirts that say, "NEXOPIA: Because your mom has Facebook."
We got pink pencil cases, some razors, water, energy drinks, and marshmallows.
Calgary got called sexy at every show we went to see.
We've concluded that it's us who are the sexy ones.
Oh also, we are all super burnt.

ANYWAYYYY, these are the pictures.

FAMILY FORCE 5

THE SINGER FROM AUTOMATIC LOVE LETTER

BASSIST FROM WE THE KINGS

THE REST OF WE THE KINGS (except the drummer... fail.)

PROTEST THE HERO. This is an epic photo for many reasons.

And if you look closely, you will find the girl who works at D-TOX like all the time in one of these pictures.
