I haven't been on this site for ages.

So just to update people on my life, I'm dirt poor with barely enough money for rent. I haven't had any food for ages, today I sewed patches onto my room mates pants in exchange for a box of Kraft Dinner.
And it's going to taste amazing.

I'm renovating a customers house right now, and they're never home, so I steal food when I'm working there and eat it.

I have a couple fruit cups left. And Jaffe gave me old jean shorts, so I cut them up and I'm patching my pants with them! SCORE, No more cold leaky pants.


Also, The Pogs want to produce Plataea's music in their recording studio
Plataea is my band, in case nobody knows.

ALSO, the COOLEST news of all, me and my room mates found a place in Cloverdale and we're moving back in January! HURRAY! Back home, rents going to be cheaper, it's a 3 story house, and it has a fourth room so RUDY'S MOVING IN!

Fucking sweet.


Anyways, I get paid next week, I'd like to hope I'll have lots of money, since i don't have to pay rent, but I owe people money for gas that I've been borrowing since i have none to get to my job site.

Being poor isn't really all that bad as long as you can afford rent and steal food from peoples houses.

So I'm living in my new house now.
It's cool, I hate moving though, so much organizing has to be done.

So I checked out the beta nexopia, looked at my page and all that stuff.
It's PREEETTY lame.

They might aswell call it nexopiabookspace.

Cause it's just copying myspace and facebook.

So the time has come!
I'm finally moving out. Starting at the end of this month, I'll be living on Fraser Highway, for those of you who don't know the location, it's pretty much RIGHT around the corner of King George station, in Whalley.

I was offered to move in with two friends who need to rent split a little easier. It shall be good fun.


Anyways, I don't know the number yet, and I don't know if there's internet, but I'll get it soon enough if I'm living there.

Just thought I'd let all you's know.

Oh and remember, I have a car now, so I'm not going to never see you again, I can just drive to wherever and we can hang out.

And maybe if you're coming back from vancouver to King George, you can stop by and say hello.

Okay, so just so everybody knows, I have a car now, the good side is...well, that I have the car, the bad side is, it's a 5.0 litre mustang......as in......I'm going to be spending lots and lots of my money on gas.....and I need to get it re-painted, it's starting to fade.

So Mindless Self Indulgence was awesome.
I mean, I was so sweaty that I wringed it out of my shirt all over the floor.
And I'm pretty sure 60% of the sweat wasn't mine.
I was right against the steel barrier too, so I can't count how many times I got booted in the face by crowd surfers, but it was awesome, one managed to make it onto the stage and Jimmy fucking kicked him off.

And on one song he changed the lyrics to

"Who the fuck is that? Who the fuck is that girl there?"

Cause some girl just walked onto the side of the stage, and he was pointing at her.

Then he got this huge cow to come to come onto the stage (Literally there was somebody dressed like a cow) and he got them to sing faggot with him, and everytime he said faggot, he pointed at her, and she didn't notice.

pwned.

We have a show on July 13th.
Anybody that CAN come it would be greatly appreciated.

There's a few problems though

I don't know the address. we're going on a meeting this thursday to find it out, all I know is that it's in Vancouver.

Tickets are $10 (sadly we have no power over this) I know it's kind of expensive to see a no name band that are you're friends, but if it's any condolence, if you ask me for ticket, I will personally drive to your house and drop it off in person, at your earliest convenience, I will also bring an acoustic guitar and make up a song about you on the spot at special requests.

I'm serious too, I will do that.

Anyways, they give us the tickets, we sell them for $10 each and then pay them, we're getting no money out of this whatsoever, we're doing it for fun and with the hope of more people finding out about our music.

I'll have the address this weekend with more info.

If you can't make it or don't want to pay $10, don't worry, I'm totally okay with it.

Today was a really hard day to get though.
I hope tomorrow is better.

The show went great. We had LOADS of people ask us for our CD's and three people even asked us to come in next Thursday, so we'll probably do it next Thursday too. It was pretty awesome.

So, for the info part, the whole thing starts at 8 PM, and I'm not sure which Wired Monk it is yet, cause Rudy always drives.
So I'll get back on that.

Wired Monk, this Thursday, don't know the exact time, I'll get the details, if you want to come, post your phone number and I'll call you with the details, it's this Thursday, I think maybe around 7-ish?

The Wired Monk in Langley, our drummer won't be there cause we can't fit drums, so it's a guitar/bass acoustic session.

We will have CD's there for sale....they're free.
