Avoid Idling
Turn your car off when you’re not moving; in some cities it’s the law.

Keep your tires filled
Your ride will be smoother and you’ll save up to five percent on your fuel tab.

Drive less
Carpool, say if going to work or instead walk or take the bus.

Buying
Buy the most energy-efficient computers, copiers and printers.

Not using it
If you leave a room turn off you’re the light, tv, radio, stereo and or anything else that may be on. Computer screens should be turned off when taking a break and at the end of the day the computer should be completely turned off.

Paper
Print on both sides and recycle used paper.

Recycle
Recycling saves a lot of energy that is need to make new products such as aluminium, glass and plastic.

Use compact fluorescent bulbs
Standard incandescent bulbs give off 90 percent of their energy as heat. Replace them with fluorescent they last up to ten times as long and use only one quarter of the energy.

50 degrees Celsius
Set hot water thermostat to 50 degrees Celcius.

Garden
Do not use synthetic fertilizers in your garden.

Wash economically
Wash your dishes and clothes only if there’s a full load. Also skip using hot water twice a week when doing laundry it will save money and you will have less wrinkled clothes.
