The answer is Daniel Victor. This is the mastermind behind a new project called Never Ending White Lights (new although it has been in production for over a year and a half). He has in the past been a producer on a number of albums, and has written several songs for Switchfoot. It combines his music, which is extremely well written, with many melodic overtones and continuing themes throughout the album.
