Haha, wow, just reading up on my blogs... the last time I wrote in here was oh, Boxing Day of last year? That was almost a year ago! And I can't believe what I read... doesn't even sound like me! Alright, so for those of you who actually read these things, I'll go into short detail of what I've been doing for the past year. So let's see, since Christmas, I have passed High School, gotten into college, worked at a summer camp, gotten a new car, been in a car accident and broke up with my boyfriend of a year and a half. Yep, that's about it. Graduation sucked, because as much as I bragged I got my dress before everyone else, it didn't really fit on grad night.. in fact, I could barely get it to zip up. Tragedy, I tell you. And then my now ex boyfriend ditched me the night before saying he had to work and didn't know about it when I had been telling him every day three months prior to that night. So what did I do? I went home at 10 that night, had a few shots with my mom, watched American Idol, and went to bed. Summer was awesome, I loved it. But I'm sure you knew that, considering I have a HUGE tribute to it on my page. Totally going back next summer! I'm now in college, taking Early Childcare and Education, so that I can work in a daycare. And yes, I got a new car at the beginning of August... it's a 1996 Honda Accord EX. It's my pride and joy. But only a month after having it, I was t-boned by Chinook Mall, and it was a friend from camp who hit me. $3800 in damage. NOT impressed, but at least it's still driveable. Whew, that's a lot of writing. I think I only wrote this blog thing today was because I had two hours to spare between my Development class and English. But nice to catch up, eh? Well I hope you have a good long weekend and have a good Rememberance Day!

Home!
Finally I'm home. I was supposed to be back tomorrow but my dad thought it'd be safer to drive back today. I left for BC on the 26th, which meant barely any boxing day shopping, and I really wish that I didn't have to go. I mean, it was nice in BC, it was quiet, better than the city which has an ambulance or fire truck going by your house every 30 minutes. However, me and my dad aren't as you say... compatable. Total opposites, and not only that, but he back talks my mom's side of the family. It's not very nice. Which you should assume that my parents are divorced. Separated, yes. It kind-of sucks, but it's nice the way things are now. Anyways, BC was ok, yes. I got to see my aunts and uncles, and also got free fudge. But that also meant sitting on my ass 24/7, obtaining what I call 'permanant laziness'. It enables all your muscles to go limp and makes you go totally braindead. it's quite sad really. Now imagine one person like that... now times it by 5. My sister, my two brothers, my 'step-sister', and I. So now I can gladly say that I'm back in Alberta, where's there's always something to do, and if not, you always have the internet!

3 Days!
ONLY 3 DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS!
I can't believe December has gone by so fast! I'm going to take this opportunity to wish everyone Happy Holidays, and I wish everyone the best in the New Year! Haha, now on to more important matters... what did my dear old family get me for Christmas? I know a few things for sure, such as a massage/heat chair that can be put in my car, a teddy bear, possibly chocolates and candies or something of the sort, and as for the rest, I guess I'll have to wait till Christmas morning when I open my presents and stocking (yes, I'm seventeen and I still get a stocking!) All I wanted to say was I'm SO excited... only three more days to go!

Geez, as if this hasn't been the worst week ever!
Ha, it's bad enough that I have to go the the doctor who removed my wisdom teeth 3 times this week, but even worse that I'm on 2 pills that are disgusting and gross. Not only that, but I don't have a job and I'm always running out of gas too fast. But yay, Cherlsea washed my car and now I can see the original purple. So thank you Chelsea! Also, I FINALLY got my graduation dress. Yes, I know, a little early, right? NOPE! I was just smart and I laugh at all you girls who are going to get yours 1-2 months before grad. All I can say is good luck suckers! On the piss me off hardcore side, people who are idiots on the road should NOT have lisences, let alone a car. Honestly, at LEAST 50% of drivers in this city probably faked there way through their drivers' exams and now they just take up space on the road. I am saying this with the utmost honesty... GET OFF OF OUR FUCKING ROADS YOU FUCKING LUNATICS!! I will say I'm not the best driver, but I am better than these 50% that really need to take transit. I have almost gotten in a good oh, 5 car accidents this week alone, NONE of them my fault, may I add. Stupid drivers will ALWAYS piss me off. That's all the ranting for now (thank god, I bet you're thinking!) ) Stay tuned for more randomness crap out of Amanda's head!
