So I was off the weekend of the 1st... so we'll start there.....
Mar 01 I worked for about 7 hours....but we wont really talk too much about that I read and directed traffic as steel plates were being put at the top of our buildings in/out ramp.... went to the bar (Twisted Element)... watched Mama Kim's Variety Show: I enjoyed myself greatly and was highly entertained, I would suggest you go see one of these, they're saturday nights at about 2215 (if you wanna be in it have your music to her by 2145)... after that they went up stairs and I followed.. lol.... so I spent most of the night wandering around because I went there alone... but I had a blast... I met about 8 people so that was nice.... and then I decided to have a drink (Double vodka red bull).... and after that I decided not to drink anymore... so I was sitting there minding my own business when Crazy Steve played a good song so I got up and danced... and as there was no room on the dance floor, I danced in the cage (well what's left of it)... and I was joined by a couple of girls and we danced, and had a blast... well after about 25 minutes in the cage I got tired... so I decided to go sit down and then go get water after a bit... so I sat down for about thirty seconds and I realized how parched I was so I went and got some water... the bottle was gone within a minute.... then I was still really hot so I went out side and stood there for twenty minutes (which I think lead to my cold) and then went back in and hung out... did some more dancing.... by closing time I'd had seven bottles of water.... but well warranted for the amount of dancing I did.... lol... ended up hanging with Jesse and Lisa with Anita and her girlfriend.... and then walked from her place to my home (helped with my developing cold) .... I came in around 0440 and went to bed....
next up sunday... well I didnt do too much sunday because I was like uber tired... and yeah....all I really remember is that I ended up taking mom out to the drag show... had a blast, learned not to stand by the post and lipsync because Selma will point it out... fuck I was so embarrassed... but oh well it was fun.. if you're curious I was lipsyncing "Colours of the Wind" from Pocahontas... and I did it very well...and then I did a little bit of dancing... said bye to the drag queens, and then mom went home, and I walked home again (quite possibly another reason I got a cold)...
monday was a chillaxin day... so I really didnt do too much watched stuff on my computer.... I was getting excited for the next week.. lol... tuesday, wednesday, thursday I worked... fuck those were long boring days... I had to work the third one because my counter-shift had to take first aide/cpr/aed training..... and then I had friday off (Same as Justin).... so I utilized this day to buy a new set of sheets, an air-mattress for Justin, and a whole shit tonne of movies... lol...and then came home and started watching Mrs. Doubtfire.... and then it was shave/shower time for work... and then bed...
sat/sun/mon... not a lot happened.... saturday night had coffee with my ex Justyn and then came home... so that weekend was kinda bleh.... and now we get to the 11th....
Now what happened on the 11th... hmmm.... what happened... oh yeah... I remember, one of my most exciting days... I got up putzed around the house a little bit.... and then organized a lunch with my mom.. she had arby's at TD Square, and I had Quiznos... I wanted that and not subway because I'm bored of subway.... lol.... and then we headed down to the air port to wait the arrival of my Swan (Melanie) from Vancouver... we picked her up and we had starbucks... and hitched a bus to home... (I kinda feel that I wasn't the greatest host for her stay....but she enjoyed herself....) so I brought her home and she met Justin.... and yeah we watched Ferngully: The Last Rainforest.... and then it was time to get ready for the next day... and Oh yeah I was feeling better from my cold.... GODDESS BLESS COLD FX!!!!! When me and Mel got home, we watched Achmed the Dead Terrorist... and Jingle Bombs... and then we also watched John Pinette's I'm starving... Mel's stomach was sore as hell afterwards... lol...
The 12th... my birthday... (CSS Security's gift to me was me having to take First aide/cpr/aed training.)... well I went to Flatline to get my training which is in the foothills industrial area of calgary... which wasn't really that bad to get to during the day... the training started at 0900 and we had to be there early... so yeah.... so after that I went home... got showered and ready to go and went to the keg for my birthday dinner... to which I invited about 12 people, and got half that... but that is ok... I had fun talking with Mom, Mel, Justin, Teddy, and Jackie.... I had a Caesar salad to start and then Ribs with a baked potato for dinner... and then a complimentary dessert (a mocha flavored ice cream cake covered in nuts and chocolate and caramel sauce).... lol... and then went home and to bed....
The 13th.... more training for first aid/cpr/aed..... and then after that I didnt really have too much to do so I went home and hung out some more with mel.... and justin..... then work on the 14th... boo... but that was over fast... and now my weekend that kinda melds together... lol...
14th/15th.... went out to twisted in celebration of my birthday... the people there that I knew were Greg, Karine, Katelyn, and a few people from facebook.... lol.... with Greg and Karine was Rochelle.... and then Katelyn brought Keaton and her friend Chris (he's pretty cute)... I had two drinks (candied apple and an alabama slammer respectively) before Katelyn showed up... and Manuel bought me a Rockstar shot... and then I had to do some dancing... it seems I'm always dancing but anyways..... I then had a couple bottles of water... and after I went down stairs to hang and chat with Katelyn, she bought me another drink (Double vodka red bull)..... and then more dancing and hanging with people.... danced with all my friends and then some... lol.. it was fun times had by all... at about 0120 Karine left with Rochelle and Greg... and then at about 0230 Katelyn left with Keaton... and maybe Chris... and so I stayed for a while... by the end of the night I'd had 5 bottles of water....so they started kicking people out... so I was sitting there waiting for maybe someone to come and invite me back to their place.. or you know they could have come to my place because as of the 15th I had the apartment to myself... well I ended up seeing a stranger looking lonely and I just couldnt have that so we started talking... and then they told us that we HAD to go... so I invited him over to talk.... and thats just what we did.... and a little bit of stuff... but nothing major... he was a bit drunk... but oh well.. we fell asleep at about 0530 (24 hour day for me).... and then he left at about 830 and once he left I fell asleep again.... for two more hours until mom dragged my ass out of bed for breakfast with her and Mel... I had to have a shower, but I was told that I couldnt because there wasn't time.... but I did anyways... lol.... well after breakfast I took mel home and we watched some movies... and the we had to get ready for Mom and Dave's 5 year dating anniversary (they've been married since November).... we went to M.T. Tuckers (awesome food, great brunch buffet on sundays) well the people there were Dave + Mom (Of course), Mel, Grant (my uncle), DJ (My brother), and Amanda (DJ's GF).... I had chicken that night.... and then Chocolate mousse.... lol.... it was good.... and then we went home, and we got home at about 2330... I crashed hardcore .....
16/17th woke up at 1300 on sunday... didnt really do too much.... hung out with Mel.... and then at about 1700 I started getting ready for work... I dont normally work nights, but on friday night my Night shift counterpart booked off sick and the other night shift supervisor had to come in... now it was my bosses idea that I work the sunday night for the supervisor that had to cover... so I accepted being nice and making it so he didnt have to work 7 days in a row, plus the extra training and what not... so I dropped Mel off at Mom's and then went to work... well it was a long night... and I discovered the secret to me staying awake for a night shift... food every couple of hours... and one energy drink.... and music playing ALLLLLLL night... lol.... well I crashed around 0830 and slept til 1230... well mom and Mel had gone for a train ride and then a movie..... so I went shopping... initially for underwear... but I ended up buying two point zero shirts (20 bucks a piece).... and two pairs of jeans (about 35.50) a piece.... lol... and then I also bought some more laundry detergent and razors as I was out... and then did laundry and dishes... and then mom came and dropped mel off and we watched a few things... and then yeah I had to shave and shower again for work... and then bed
18th (Mel's birthday).... well Unfortunately I had to work (up at 0530) this day (yesterday).... so we didnt really get to hang out which was kinda not good, but I cant really afford to have any days off lately as I have bills and stuff to pay, but that is a long and complicated story that only the people I've already told are going to be aware of..... but yeah so after work I ended up catching the same bus as Justin, and we got home and had a little time together.. I then contacted Mom again and organized dinner at Chiantis.... and we had fun... and Mel got free Chocolate cake... and mom got some Key Lime Cheesecake... lol.... and then Sean (my e-pal) showed up to wish happy birthday to Mel... and then he shared his pictures and a few stories of his weekend... lol.... and then him and justin went to the condo Justin is watching over while it's owner is away... and I took Mel home and we talked for hours about life... finally around 0100 we fell asleep....
19th 0530 up again for work.. yay....not.... Mel going back home today... yay... again not.... her family sucks.... so I started my day off with a long hug and an apology about me working and what not.... and then off to work.. well today was boring as hell as not a lot happened.. and I was tired... but its good to have boring days in my work means the building isnt falling down.... and then I came home to an empty apartment and a sweet assed note from Mel thanking me... so that made me smile hardcore... and then I replied to my E-pal.... (we're having conversations not quite this long in one reply, but about this long with two and a half replies.. lol...)... and now I'm writing this note... but now that I've spilled my guts about the first half of the month of march.... lol.... hopefully I kept your attention this long.. and don't miss my next edition of "My Month of March Madness"
