    ABOUT ME

my name is brad.i am 16 years old and i live in kamloops b.c. i go to all the punk shows all the time. i like wearing girls pant because they fit me better and they just feel more comfortable on me. i dont like to do sports and run around, because it makes me sweat. sports are just a waste of time. All they do is see who is the best, when they should be looking at who has had the most problems in there life and who has the most heart. i dye my hair a lot and my hair is dead from it.

    LIKES

i like people who jugde me for who i am.just because i look like i am emotional doesn't mean i am. i like people who express their feelings that are on their mind. i like the darkness because it shows the true image of the person. and it reminds me of what my soul is like..complete and empty, a black hole, its like i am in a room with knowone in it but myself. i like making new friends as well but the people who i try to make friends with look at me as im a nobody.

    DISLIKES

i hate people who call me emo.... im not emo, i just like to express my feelings. IS THAT SO WRONG. i also dont like it when people talk behind peoples backs,THAT PISSES ME OFF! like if you have something to say to someone, then tell them infront of there faces. or do you not have the guts to do that. and whats wrong with wearing black and red clothing all the time. people judge others to much and it bothers me. i love wearing those colors because its one of the ways how i can express myself. i hate people who get mad when you say someone of the same sex is hot. like who cares if i say that and they are it is the truth. i also hate people that are so up tight they need to just calm down like if i hold there hand or give them a hug of tell them they are beautiful they get so wierd and like scared of me. it is a complement they should be like thank you but no they just are wierded out.

st. eugene de mazenod was born on August 1 1782 in Aix-en-Provence
in southern france. He was the eldest son in his family, his mother was
Marie-rose Joannis and was french middle class. his father was an
    aristocrat and was poor.

On Decmember 13 1790, at the age of eight, Eugene fled with his family
to Italy to escape the French revolution. He spent eleven years in
Italy and lived in Nice, Turin, Venice,Naples, and Palermo. while in
Venice he was educated by Father Bartolo Zilelli, a local priest. After
the frence revolution was over his monther returned to france but his
    father stayed in Italy.

Eugene began to teach catechism and working with prisoners in 1805.In
1808 eugene entered the seminary of Saint Sulpice in Paris, he was
ordained on decemeber 21 1811 at the age of 29. because he was of noble
birth, he was immediately offered the position of Vicar General, bishop
of Amiens. He preffered to become a parish priest in Aix-en-Provence,
working with the poor.He worked with the sick, prisoners, the poor,
and the overlooked young. he nearly died from Typhus while working in
    prisons.

Eugene gathered workers around him, both clergy and laymen.
They worked to form Carmelite convent, and the priests among
them formed the Missionaries of Provence they conducted parish missions
throughout the area. They were successful, and their reputation
spread, bringing requests for them outside the region. Eugene
realized the need for formal organization, and on 17 February 1826
he received approval from Pope Leo XII to found a new congregation,
the Oblates of Mary Immaculate founded on his core of missionaries

eugene would have liked to remain a missonary, but he was appointed
Vicar-general of marseilli in 1823.Titular bishop of icosia on october
14 1832. Co adjutor in 1834. bishop of Marseille on december 24 1837.

he founded 23 parishes, built or retored 50 churches, cared for aged
persecuted priests, and developed catechetics for young people.he started
work on the cathedral and shine of Notre-dame de la Garde in marseille.
he welcomed 33 Congregations of religious brothers and sisters into the
diocese and doubled the number of priests in his diocese. He was made
Archbishop of Maseille in 1851, and proposed a carinral in 1859.

On 2 December 1841, Bishop de Mazenod's first overseas missionaries
arrived in Canada. By the time of his death, there were six Oblate
bishops and over 400 missionaries working in ten countries.
The Oblates continue their good work to this day with some
    5,000 missionaries in 68 countries.

eugene died on May 21 1861 at marseille. on december 12 1936, his body
found to be intact, part of his heart is venerated at Blessed
    Sacrament Chapel.

we can immitate eugene in our lives by looking out for one another and
by voleteering at soup kitchens and homeless shelters. we should not care
material things in live we should just care about people in the world
    that need our help.

he was declaired a saint on december 3 1995 by pop john paul II.
