WHO WE ARE:
We are a group of guys who were tired of going to parties that were worth half of what we paid at the door. We would end up, regretting our night, and wishing we would've caught a movie instead. Seeing how Vancouver's nightlife was always behind Montreal and Toronto's, we knew things had to change. With a city as gorgeous as its women, how could we fall in last place?
So the four of us got together from all around the city, and what started off as crazy house & hall parties, quickly evolved into something bigger. With an increasing fan base, we realized we weren't the only ones feeling this way. Being the next generation of clubbers, ravers, and everything in between, we decided to make a name for ourselves as representatives of your entertainment. So here we are as Slow Motion Entertainment
WHAT WE DO AND WHAT'S SO SPECIAL:
When you buy a SME ticket you pay for an "anything goes" party and not just a lame dance. To us, live entertainment is priority number one: Competitions (Freestyle, Beatboxing, B-boys, Bootyshaking) Giveaways (Beads, shirts, cash, prizes) Crazy DJ's ( J-Swing from the Beat 94.5, J-Fresh, El Nino, Vendisco, Lil Mun) Crazy setups (Blacklights, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lights)
Unlike most promoters out there, when we say something we do it. When it comes to your money, we take it seriously, giving you a whole lot more for what you paid for. We believe strongly in variety. That's why we never limit ourselves, and constantly try to diversify our genres. We go from hip-hop, reggaeton, rap, dancehall parties all the way to trance, dance, house, techno parties. From clubs, to halls, even outdoors. I'm sure you've read mission statements before, and have had flyers shoved in your face. You don't have to believe us. Just check out one of our videos, or better yet, come to one of our parties.
