do you wanna know what sucks? Almost killing yourself. I was in a car accident and I almost broadsided a truck. I was not my fault. It was snowing and this truck slide into the intersection on a red light. There was not time to stop. I had to swerve to miss him. I lost control of my van and jumped the divider on the freeway. I slid across the opposite lanes and into the ditch. I was lucky there was no oncoming traffic. I was shaking and crying when my van finally stopped in the ditch. What scared me most though was not the accident but the knowledge that my brother and a mutual friend was also in the van at the time. If we had hit that truck or a car hit us when we jumped the divider they could have died.It would have been that side of the van that took all the damage. I am thankful that no serious damage was caused but that experience scared me. I dont want to lose my brother.
