scrolls unrolled to tell the tale
of battles lost and won.

behind this cellar door
past a little fountain,
through some spaces in the floor

The twisted metronome of longing,
Tick-Tick-Tocking.
This Click-Click-Clocking.
Doors to sleep are quickly locking
Kept awake by dreams I'm stalking

Sleep escapes me

Counting down the instants from
The Tick-a-Tick-Tock
This constant drum

Once again I start to wander
Through thoughts of sleep
And dreams of yonder
I hold my breath and close my eyes,
As my hope begins to rise

The steady beat is slowly slipping
To simple lines,
Of pleasant rhymes
Then the bell begins to chime

I’ve been sleeping
The entire time

The Life, a faith,
Your lessons learned
Of freedom, loss,
The guilt you earn.
Obey the wisdom,
Truths and lies
Distort the pages,
Faded lines.

Sleep awoke my dormant lust for power,
Wisdom followed,
Grew poppy dreams,
Life!
Fall to sadness and loathe repair,
A life,
Moon, awake from your embryonic slumber and love.
Shadows flow and sway the wind,
Voices of a thousand whisperers fly,
Your life,
Alone we stay together,
Keep me here and hold me.

Faith!
Your lust for anger suits the deed,
And in it's wake forget the dawn,
Return in stunning feats of greed
The wind doth whisper once I’m gone.

Awake!
Leave me here in slumber....slumber....slumber

Awake once more the passing hour,
Our love’s first kiss to wilt the flower.
And carry forth
The words in passing,

Embrace decay.

If we fall
We fall together,
Winter rain
Or snowy Weather

The days grow shorter
When life's the same
The soothing pain,
Of gentle rain
Once again
Or maybe never

Laughter cries,
When young love dies
Wounded sighs,
While laughter dies.

Awake and dreaming,
Sleep to feeling,
Blank marks on an empty ceiling.
Lend a hand,
Lift a finger.
Thoughts are gone
When feelings linger.

I still remember
In late November,
Once again
Or maybe never.
The summer rain
Will fall forever.

What we’ve looked so hard to find,
Fear and loathing?
Peace of mind?
Dreaming of the world outside,
Thoughts of death and suicide

Through a haze of broken lies,
A fire deep within your eyes
My life I try so hard to lose
A rest from sorrow,
Over used.

Fade the lines,
Awake the dream,
Whispers fall and sing to me.
Death disguised as lover’s kiss
Erase the pain
Pandora’s bliss

Anon, Anon,
The wounded cries
Amongst the tangled twisted lies
They mark the battles
The roads once traveled

Never to be seen again

Anon, Anon,
We cry once more
Never felt such pain before
Once more Anon
And we’ll be gone
Waiting on that precious dawn

Never to be loved again

And as we lay in constant slumber
Another name,
Another number.
I pray to know if this is real,
To understand the pain I feel
So tell me,
What’s with all this war?
Another body on the floor?
Is this what all the fighting’s for?

Just waiting to be loved once more

And in the night,
A child’s cry.
Forever silent.

No reply

A falling star,
Awake the waiting,
Catch the fading,
Feelings linger.

A lover’s breath,
To touch the breast,
The last caress
Of lover’s breath

The fallen flower,
Our wilted hour.
Fail to fear,
The fear of power.

Lost to lose,
And love another
Day to day
As weak by hour

The dreams we spend awake and waiting
Waste the time we take in fading.
The questions which our memories pose,
Whisper down on dying rose.

Once again I've said before
Locked beyond this cellar door
Trapped beneath this broken floor,
What then are we waiting for?

Purple moon listen here
Tremble with this joyous fear
Falling past a frozen tear
The silence wants us all to hear

The wicked rain
Will fall again
With soothing pain
I won't complain

Is this a crime?
This waste of time
Looking for a word that rhymes

Awake,
Asleep,
Hearts together,
Feelings linger.
Loves first light doth shine,
With Fire deep in goddess eyes.

Falling closer,
Drifting near,
Awake,
Asleep,
Our dreams shall set us free
In my dreams
We are together

Precious moments,
Our lips together,
Bodies pressed,
Can this be real?
Tell me please,
How do you feel?
Your eyes ablaze with loves first light

Come with me,
Take my hand.
We'll sail away to Neverland

Across the sky,
A distant land
I'll show you there
Hand in hand

Wind and snow
Through frosty air
I'll take you there

My Neverland.

If I wrote a poem,
I’d write for you,
It would have eyes like yours
So you can see my heart
And its love for you

If I were a poet
I'd find the right words
At the right times
To show what I mean
By "I love you"

If there was a poem
Written by time
Signed by love
You'd know how I feel
When I see your smile

If I were to die
Never to speak
But heard by you
I’d say just one thing:
I'll always love you

A thing called love,
Your melting smile
Eyes like fire,
Goddess hair,
It's you i dream of

You make me laugh
Shiver, quake
Miles away,
Sitting together
I dream of you

Now or later,
Forever and after
