In this episode Jeff and Rachel were reunited from there very long separation and decided to go for a nice walk in downtown Qualiriver. They saw a bunch of there homies smoking a doobie and decided to join in on the high life. A big green hemp monster came out from behind a tree and said "GIVE ME THAT JOINT MOFO'S" and struck at their high friend Marisa. Rachel said "Oh no you did'nt" and whipped out her numb chucks, but the monster was to strong. Jeff was to stoned to do anything and just sat there. Rachel came up with an amazing plan and ran across the street to the paper store and grabbed a huge roller of paper. She ran across the street with the paper in hand and ran around and around the hemp monster. Jeff knew her plan and grabbed a big lighter and lit the rolled up hemp joint.
