If you want to get molested and touched and you want cold food....Cecil's Perogies is the place to go.Last year July 21,2007 My mom had a wedding and we decided to get Cecils Perogies for the caterer and he was late,he showed up drunk and the food was cold.My mom the bride that day had her ass grabbed by Cecil.My friends and a few guests at the wedding including most 14 and 15 yr olds have been touched and nearly molested by Cecil.He is an actuall GOOF and deserves to lose the business.He is a pervert and should not be running a business while touching little girls.He ruined my moms wedding,it was great til he showed up then young girls started crying and people were havin a cold meal.It was a disaster.So i suggest you stay away from Cecil and his restaraunt.[/b][/color][/size]
