Life is so stressful lately, but I'll get through it. I got into my first car accident last week. It shook me up pretty good, but everyone was fine and both cars were still driveable. Jealous boys who won't do anything about their jealousy are silly. J-school this semester is super intense - 43ish hours a week. My Spring break is in February and only four days long. BUT, I get a four month long summer, so let's do something then aha.

Life Update:
- I'm 18 now.
- I still enjoy school.
- I'm still single and I now know why.
- I'm going bowling with a bunch of people from school on Friday.
- Vicky turns 19 on Friday.
- Bayside just came out with a new song to preview their new record, it's called Already Gone. It's beautiful.
- I enjoy pretty much everything, except strep throat.
- A date would be fun.

Journalism 1120 - No Homework
I got my hair cut today. It's really thin and choppy and cute. The girl who did it was super punk rock, so she actually listened to my requests. Perhaps, I'll go back to her in the future. I honestly haven't done a lot this weekend. I need to get my ass out and get drunk next weekend or something! Jebus! Despite the homework load, I really enjoy school. Everyone is so nice and non-judgmental. My teachers are so personable and helpful. I find myself becoming a nicer person, just because of my commute. I'm more tolerant and less ignorant. Journalism in general is teaching me to be skeptical, but not cynical. Personally, most of my friends seem like they're on my side these days. I like life. A few things would make it a little more complete feeling, but for now I feel so fulfilled. My birthday's next month, I'm throwing a big bash and everyone's coming! I have money in my wallet and determination in my heart. Hi karma, I like you these days. <3
For once in my life, I feel like a cool kid. I love what I'm learning, the people I'm meeting, the feeling of being a small fish in a big ocean. I like flirting with attractive, intellectually stimulating older boys just because I can, coffee dates with new friends out by the pond, being a teacher's pet, feeling like I belong, getting invited to shows/bars, passionate professors, journalism in general, how nice everyone is and everything about college.
I'm a happy camper. <3
Things are changing faster than I thought they could. By next weekend, I'll be nothing but a little fish in a big sea; filled with opportunities, hopes, dreams anxiety, stress and exhaustion. I'll be a blank canvas, ready for new things, people, lessons and ideas to fill it up. I'll have no time for those who don't have time for me.
I've dreamed about this time in my life for so long. But, now that it's here.. I'm absolutely terrified.
