I go to Maple Ridge Community Church and love it! There my family away from family, my home away from home.

My fiance is also a christian and has been all his life. He's been more devoted to it than I have but I'm on the right path now. I lost my way but now I've found god again and I couldn't be happier!

I have 2 tattoo's and 4 piercings. I love to go for walks out in White Rock with my man. I am a drummer and I love music.

There is one bible verse that I stick by not matter what. It has helped me through many tough situations in life. It reads:

Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Reading this verse reminds me that God won't give me more than I can handle in life. That he has a plan for me and I need to trust him that it's the right plan.

But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love, for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is perennial as the grass.

Take kindly to the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul.

With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.
