My name is Justin. I am 19 yrs old and I was enrolled at Lakeland College in Lloydminster last year . I played for the College basktball team. I didnt get any minutes on the floor that year because i am still a student to the game. Unlike many of the other players there i am from a smaller 2A school. I have only had one year of actual coaching. I have mostly learned how to play the game from the street. Next year I hope will be my year to shine or just play at the next level. I am so grateful to the coaching staff at Lakeland for giving me the oppourtunity that almost everyone in my life said it would never happen. I am living proof that if you work for something that you want it will come to you some sooner than others but it will come. I am currently working in Fort Saskatchewan alberta trying to save money to return to lcollege in the fall. I tried out at DSU in North Dakota for Basketball back in april!. Its been a dream of mine to play in the states. Due to the fact that they got a new president and he had made some budget cuts they were unable to afford to bring me down! A little down about the whole thing i used this negative to work towards getting better and going somewhere else! just recently I was offered a place on UNBC timberwolves basketball team in Prince George on a full ride scholarship! Everything happens for a reason!

Be true to others but most importantly yourself!

Accept things to which fate binds you, and love people whom fate brings you together, but do so with all your heart!

Live The Dream- What I mean by this is exactly wat it says live the dream that you have. That is one thing no one can take away from you.

Death is certain. Life is not.- This one sounds kind of emo and dark. But it really has a good meaning behind it to me. I believe that at anytime your life can be taken away from you and that you need to live it to the fullest everyday no matter what is happening in your life.

I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost
almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and
missed. I've failed over, and over, and over again in my life...
And that is why I succeed.

Don`t waste your time with people in your past; there`s a reason why they`re not in your future. Keep the pictures; they never change, only the people in them do. Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes things fall apart just so other things can fall together. But in the end, what`s meant to be; will always find it`s way.
