Fuck Valentines Day.
I said what you were all thinking and you know it.
It is a day for 2 sole purposes: To show you can spend money and to show that you can be something you're not.
Obviously, everyone bitches about the whole "it was made by Halmark!" and yes, I agree with that.
All people do is buy shit that will be thrown out within the month for their signifigant other to "show how much they love them".
Notice the quotes, because thats the arguement that comes right back at these folks.
Sure, it could be a day to show you love someone, but why not show them on other days?
It doesnt hurt to buy someone flowers for no reason.
And it seems a bit more sentimental than needing the excuse of a day to be romantic.
People go out and do something special on valentines day, yet wont any other day of the year?
It's basically an excuse to become the romantic all the women seem to want, yet only for the day.
After that they can go back to beating on their love, yelling at them, and so on and so forth.
Valentines day is the dumbest idea ever conceived by mankind and I don't understand why we put such a fuss into such a superficial day.

I swear I need some help. I feel like the most different kid from everyone. Apparently I am so depressed that I bring down everyone around me when I talk about, but I only talk about it because they said I should get it out into the open and that they would be there to help. If I try and defend my position, people will say that I'm not looking at the other side, to see if everyone else is right, but thats because if I dont say something about me, then who will? All that will happen is people will start bitching at me and how wrong I am, and so everything I believe in will vanish, and then I would feel like I should cease to exist!
