We've updated the Nexopia user search & browse to make it bigger and better so it's easier for you to find people you know (or meet someone new!)

You can use the search in your sidebar to look for specific users by their Nexopia username, email, or even real name.
If you'd rather, you can browse through users you don't know by location, school, gender, or multiple interests.
If you haven't already, make sure to add your name and school in your account preferences to make youself easier for friends to find in the search! (Note that entering in your name or school in your preferences is for search purposes only -- your name will never be displayed on your profile, and your school will only be displayed if you set it as such on your profile Basics block.)
If you decide you don't want people to be able to search for you by your real name or email address, you can also disable the searchable option for that information in your account preferences.

	06:02am \| Nov 03, '09 Kevin Fair enough. Most of the change is in the power of the search. Before a lot of the functionality was broken or not possible. It is now possible to find people much easier and search in ways you couldn't before.

	09:34pm \| Nov 02, '09 ibCONNOR- k, why browse people through their email? thats seems stalker-ish. and if we wanted to add people through their email, we would just do that "add everyone on your hotmail, yahoo and msn" feature. like everything just got more complicated. just please stop updating the site, like only 3 of my friends use this site anymore because its just starting to get annoying.

	01:45am \| Nov 03, '09 Castellan The ability to search by real name and by school, if and only if the user allows this. Fast username substring matches. The "might know" field. Caching of results. Exact result sets. And, of course, we moved the code over from the old code base to the new code base. There may have been more changes, but those are the ones that leap to mind.

	11:16pm \| Nov 02, '09 TheDveilsOwn because you now just cant search random people or at least it wont do it on mine. Before you could pick where u wanted to search the age groups male or female and then wham. If the other stuff was added to the code then I would say go nuts
