Click Plus on the menu, then click Voucher for information and locations.

Step 2: type in your voucher(s) - don't forget the dashes
Step 3: chose the user(s) and amount(s)
When the dollar amounts match you can complete the invoice.
Your Plus will be added instantly

If your problem is with the card:
Scratch Card
Please send me
- where you bought it
- how much you paid
- the sequence number (bottom right corner)
- as much a you can read from the scratched up card

I should be able to give you the complete/correct authorization code.
