INTERAC online is supported by Royal Bank, Scotiabank, TD-Canada Trust and Bank of Montreal.
You have to have banking online setup. If you need help with setting it up please call your bank because each bank is different.

We wish more banks would offer this service but we have no say in this matter.
INTERAC online gets the contracts with the banks and we are just a regular (online) retailer.

If you are having problems with debit payments:
The payment went through and it is more than 24 hours ago
Check your online statement. When the bank has communication problems they just deposit the money back into your account. If this is the case please pay again.
If the money has not returned please message NexopiaPlus with the details and we check to see if we missed the payments (we are human).

The program won't go past the INTERAC online button
It is possible that there is a temporary glitch with the link.
If you have a pop up blocker it may stop the new window from opening.
Sometimes the problem is with your computer, certain types of links are blocked.
You could try it from a different location and see if your computer is the problem.
