I have finally narrowed down the two personalities of my lovely pet..its seems if I continue feeding him live rodents he will eventually strike at anything that comes within range, and if you've ever been stuck by a set of snake teeth, let alone a pythons..its not fun, and can cause bleeding to the point of haulin your ass up to a hospital and getting that wound dealt with. And since there is that...ban of exotic pets...I cant really go in there and say

"Oh ya, just a snake bite"
cause unfortunately there is no snake species around this part of Canada with that jaw alignment...none, Ive looked!

Buuuut I dont want to have to take away live prey from him cause if i do feed em dead rodents...he gets lazzy and slow and obese (yes snakes can and do get obese) seems there would be a lack of excitement in his tank of pseudo "natural" life.

Hm....well..I haven't been bitten by this one so far so, I may as well continue with the live..I'm generous

Hehe ya he certainly does have a unique feel to him. Hes just been focusing on movement outside his tank a lot lately so I just got to thinkin...
Ya u usually wouldn't have to head to a hospital for snake bites but these guys teeth can sink into arteries and make ya bleed a LOT. Theres a snake collector I know who owns a green anaconda and he got bitten and nearly bled himself out if his daughter wasn't there with him.
