Nexopia staff will only send you a Nexopia message from their user account. If you get contacted online by any other method (MSN, email, etc) from someone claiming to be from Nexopia you should ignore it!
Staff have no need to ask for your password. You should NEVER EVER give out or share your password, not even to a person claiming to be Nexopia staff!
