I am originally from Kamloops B.C. Canadada
but just recently have moved to the Downtown core of Vancouver to finish my chef's training at chefs school and also for a job with the Joe Forte's Team to finish my apprenticship to become a certified REDSEAL chef.
I love to cook its my passion, so when i am not in the kitchen, i enjoy the out doors.
Being raised with very tough standards and on a farm until i was 15 has really made me beleieve that hard work goes all way. Im not one to handle slacker's or winer's I belive in Hard work,witch has helped me along way in the kitchen, becuase customer is always right and shoudl get anythign thing they whant even if it means we have to go over and beyond to make them happy. So yes my love for the outdoors and pure beauty of them has really come alot from mygrowning up. I love playing my guitar and writting music. I am currently working on writting my first cook book ,, to help inspire other young adults to find there touch and passion for food. I am into all kinds of music mainly coutry, hip/hop/rap, fast beats liek techno or good old rock and rock. I am very healthy and athletic. I try to get out minimum 3 times a week for a run after work and have a good work out. I love to eat organics and fresh products. Im not a huge partyer but i do liek to get out once and a while and rock out on the floor cuase who doesnt like to "JUST DANCE" IT WILL BE OK "JUST DANCE" hahah great song. I love animals dogs or probly my fav tho, but dont get me wrong my horse rocks!!!!!! My family means alot to me even though we been through some hard time's togther i love them like crazy. Specialy my mom she is amazing coudlnt be were i am at today with out her support. I have one blood sister and 2 halph brother's.
