My name is Tavden (yeah it's spelled right) I have no idea what my parents were smoking when they named me.

Born and raised in good old New Brunswick, moved to Red Deer for school. Being a maritimer is not a disability! Although it seems that these Alberta people see it so. I miss everyone from home terribly! Hope everything's going smoothly for all of them. RDC is awesome but it's no comparison to home. Nice try tho.




I'm currently enrolled in my second year of Kinesiology at RDC, and I'm loving it! I'm going for 2 diplomas: 1. Coaching and sport performance, 2. Adapted physical education

I am a firm believer in the words "We're here for a good time, not a long time" Life is way to short to live in constant conflict. Cut the drama and forgive people for their mistakes, forgive but don't forget.

Another good quote to live by is the one from my highschool, it said, "Semper Hodie Non Cras" which means "Always Today Never Tomorrow" I try my best to live by these words because as I said before life is too short and unfortunately we never know when ours will end. And if you live everyday as if it will be your last then there can be no regrets.

I tell people I love them because I do. And I do it often even though I know it may creep some people out. Nobody gets told how much they are appreciated often enough and I try to make it clear that whether it's a big part or a small part everyone I know plays an important role in my life and I appreciate the time that anyone puts into my life. Without all of you it would be a pretty boring time here.

Almost time for school again! Canh't wait to get back out west I miss all you guys terribly!
