today afternoon i went to a aprenticeship call out i could not believe the shortage of work in Alberta there was 3 jobs availible for apprentices and roughly 20 -30 ppl showed up to the call out. If theres this few jobs in the trade industry there is sumthing extremely wrong being done by are politicians in alberta. Theres is no reason that there should be these high of a shortage of work in Alberta we have some of the largest oild deposits in all of Canada and your telling me that theres a shortage of work. What the fuk is going on that plants are closing down. Apparantly are Premier went across seas to try sell are oil and all that shit, but if u ask me the realization of that trip was a vacation. if he was doing buisness in Europe there would ve been a buyer for our oil which led me to that conclusion since oil is the natural resource thats in high demand. there is no reason plants should be closing down and pulling out alberta!
