I can be summed up in but a few words.

I'm materialist! There ain't no fear in this! It's there for all to see, so don't talk of hidden mystery, with me...

~Bad Religion.

I am not obsessed with BR. I do not own ten of their CD's.

I'm going to be an aunt! That means a baby will have 1/4 of my DNA! I'm so excited, I'm being a total exclamation mark whore!!!!!!

POETRY

Some poetry that I've written.

Taking all the shit that you said
Changing it rewriting it to make me whole again
Every time you open your mouth and close your eyes
Scars me forever hide behind a fragile disguise
It’s nothing but a parody
So what do you want from me?
I’ve tried to do think be
But it ain’t working for me
I’ll try to live like life meant something
But the emotion in your words makes me feel like it ain’t nothing
You got this agenda to follow with all your heart
To bad I didn’t tell ya the real piece of art
The glowing network of stars that stud the sky
Willingness to get up again and try
All the knowledge in the world in our reach
But you just stand there on your soapbox and preach
I’m tired of listening to you
So I’ll see you in a while
Find the meaning in life and what is true
And learn that the only question isn’t who?

As I walk each shadowy footstep
I feel so far from home
Yet I need only look at history
To know I'm not alone

All of these awakenings
Have stretched my mind fit to burst
So I can fill with yet more sorrow
These forsakening's have me at my worst

Reason points to a brighter future
Faith to only misery
The crossroads is coming
We are all becoming
Choosing our sides to be

Shall I swim in the seas with Jesus
Sprout legs and walk on the shore
I could pray and hope someone hears us
Decide fear not courage to abhor

Be there a god or not
I find that I don't care
This life is not a lot*
I choose to dare

To live freely from guilt
Liberate myself in every way
Stand in awe of what we've achieved and built
Live to the fullest everyday

I'll risk losing eternal paradise
For it's something I'll never prove
I see this reality and know the price
Our provable existence is too valuable to lose
