The question here is, are the people in charge of the VSB smart? What a stupid question, they're obviously not. If you have any doubts, read on.
Also, a side note, I would like to thank my mom for the great advice she always has. I was going to skip, but I took her advice to go to school, more like her demand/command. I'm so thankful I took it -.-.
As some of you may know, Vancouver has been pretty hell-ish for snow lately. I mean... it varies a lot depending on where you live, but by now we all know, there is snow, and quite a bit of it. Anyway, this morning I was watching the news, hoping that school would be canceled (I even went to sleep at 1am or so because it seemed to be the most logical thing)
Of course, being the unlucky guy I am, the laws of physics and intelligence were warped to defy me, there was school. Also, I did not take into account that the people in VSB are all morons. They are the head of our educational system, in charge of most things related to education, therefore it is logic
