alone
all eyes on me
all alone, i stumble
and fall
i throw my arms out to brace myself
but i fall into nothingness, again
tears welling up in my eyes
i stand up
i look for you in the crowd
not surprised i dont find you
youre never there
you never thought to ask
about something that means
so much to me
yet so little to you
i turn away slowly smiling to myself
knowing what everybodys thinking
"she must be crazy!"
but i realized
this is where i belong
in the midst of sanity
completely insane and alone
all eyes on me
all alone, i stumble
and fall
i throw my arms out to brace myself
