When I step onto the court, I dont think about fame
I think about our team and play.
I've worked hard, put in time and effort
Push ups and situps, plyos and drills
Sprints, and I try to reach my goal to be the best on the court
I have a dream, everynight when I lay in bed, it fills
My head and I dream, of how great I can be
I strive for perfection, my pass my speed
My dribbling my seals, box-outs in the key
My moves, my hops and my shot is what I need.
I rule the paint, and the three point line
I play D, give some elbows, stop you from going anywhere
I go past you and score and run back on D where you are mine
I dont let you score I swat you or strip you its just not fair.
I want to be perfect, the best I can possibly make myself
So much time in the gym, its ball season again, this year im ready
