i allllllways make my own cheese sauce lol, yuck to pre-bought

i go:
3-4tbsp of butter (NOT margarine)
4-8tbsp of flour, less if you want it liquidy, more if you want it thicker.
4 cups of milk
and 2.5 cups of shredded cheese, whichever flavors you prefer..

first melt the butter in a pot, then add the flour and stir until it's all pasty together,
then add all the milk
let cook until it gets saucy and smooth and creamy, then slowly add the cheese while stirring at the same time.
do NOT let it come to an actual boil at any given time, it will ruin your cheese sauce.
