Show em What You Got...

"Beauty without intelligence is an illusion that is close to disenchantment. It is like a fairy that fascinates us, as long as we look at her through the enchanting prism of her beauty. However, it disappears as soon as the light of reason penetrates beyond the place where the eyes can see."
-Mercedes Cabello de Carbonera, Concerning Women's Intelligence and Beauty, 1876

"I cannot believe that the purpose of life is to be happy. I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be compassionate. It is, above all to matter, to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all."
-Leo Rosten

How I miss this
Christmas Oranges..
And Tim Hortons
And snow
And Winter jackets
And Smarties
And Aeros
And Dry Weather
And Coffee Crisp
And Buffalo
And The Home town Crewwww

I pretty much love this...

It's all about the home town crew,

You’ve got the boys, the boys that have been with you through the times that have meant the most, as individuals we all have our own stories about ourselves even about one another, but there's nothing more to do than to cherish the memories and the ones yet to come.

Then you’ve got the ladies, your main dains, like our mothers they know what's best. They add a sense of security to the group that no one can.

But we can’t forget that one person, the one that brings out the best in you, which you don’t want to admit but can’ read you like a BOOK.you're still a part of the home town crew.

There’s no crew like the home town crew

YEAH YOU LOST ONE

[Lose one, let go to get one
Left one, lose some to win some [You lost one]
Sorry I'm a champion, sorry I'm a champion
You lost one

I don't think it's meant to be, be
But she loves her work more than she does me
And honestly, at twenty-three
I would probably love my work more than I did she
So B, ain't we
It's me, and her
'Cause what she prefers over me, is work
And that's, where we, differ
So I have to give her
Free, time, even if it hurts
So breathe, mami, it's deserved
You've been put on this earth to be
All you can be,
like the reserves
And me? My timing is on me, it's served
So I have to allow she, her, time to serve
The time's now for her
The time she'll mature
And maybe we, can be, we, again like we were
Finally, my time's too short to share
And to ask her now, it ain't fair
So yeah, you lost one

Lose one, let go to get one
Left one, lose some to win some [Oh yeah, she lost one]
Sorry I'm a champion, sorry I'm a champion
You lost one
