Its getting up at six in the morning just to feed
And feeling that a good rodeo is just what you need
Its driving for hours for just one ride
Then winning and driving down the road with pride.
Its good friends and a second family
And cowfolks talking of how good they'll someday be
Its ropes and buckles, cowboys and horses
And trying your hardest no matter what the course is.
Its fun rides, pretty girls and two-steppin fun
And how you just know its gonna be a good run
Its never giving up and always giving all
smiling and brushing off after a hard fall.
Its horse sweat and saddle leather mixed into one
And getting so nervous before a big run
