In 2009, at the age of 15, I signed up to play organized hockey.
I had no history of sports, I was signing up to play goalie and with a height of only 5'4; I had my fair share of critics.

In my rookie season, I went on a 13 game winning streak.
In my rookie season, I won gold in the Minor Hockey Week tournament. I allowed only 6 goals in 4 games.
In my rookie season, I silenced my critics.
