I usually don't write anything here, but as it's three in the morning and I can't sleep, I thought I might as well drink some tea and do something relaxing. Yep. Three in the morning and I have to get up at nine to go to work for eight and a half hours.I really have nothing to say other than green tea isn't the same without sugar. But I figured sugar wouldn't be the solution to insomnia, and neither would taking shots of maple syrup. SO now that I've disappointed and wasted the time of whoever has had the misfortune to read this, I'm going to go find something better to do.
Who says anyone’s unique? What’s it mean when people say ‘everyone’s special’? Saying that is just another way of saying no one is, right? Really, all these presenters that come to schools saying that everyone is different, it’s all a lie. We’re all the same. Sure, people have different interests. But do we judge people by their interests and hobbies? No, we judge them by their personalities. But most people are nice, right? So let’s say Harry is nice. But so is Goldilocks. They are both nice, kind, friendly, funny, shy, smart, loving and happy. The only difference is that maybe Goldilocks is sneaky. That hardly makes them different. So Harry and Goldilocks are exactly the same, except for one thing. Does that one thing really matter? Chances are, most people will not be in a situation with Goldilocks to learn that she is sneaky. There are not enough different adjectives in the world for everyone to be different. So let’s just face it; individuality does not exist in the world we live in.
