You know, I really felt as if I was getting the cold shoulder for a minute there while I was waiting for the camera to flash and then I realized there was a snowman in between us...

It's like we all have a color. Sometimes your color
fades or changes over "time and not everyone has a snappy name for their color like "magic magenta" or "burnt orange." It's okay to be an unidentifiable shade... just let your true colors show!

Music drives me. When I fall, I fall hard.. I put my whole heart in. Dancing makes me smile. The relationships I am in feed me. I admire people who can equally show me their passion and their vulnerability. I am probably stronger than you think. I really appreciate good cuisine. Laughing is necessary to my functioning.

cool opportunity

I just got an e-mail today about an opportunity to attend an information session for those interested at placements (student teaching) at Braemar School or St. Joseph's. St. Joseph's has a self-directed learning focus where students monitor their own progress and Braemar is an all-girls school for expecting teens. I think either one of those opportunities would be really cool!! The one for expectant mothers really interests me in particular, because I think in order to work at such a school you would, more than ever have to expect to deal with a lot of social issues..
Anybody have any thoughts?
